This class is designed to Start Your Day with a full body sequence to get you stretched and poised for an awesome day. Physically. Mentally. Even emotionally or spiritually. This practice will help you tune in to your mindful side and set intentions with awareness and breath.

Fluid Movements

If you are looking for a challenge that is going to raise your heartbeat and deepen you practice. We go through dynamic sequences which will strengthen and tone your body whilst creating flexibility.

Beginners Yoga 

This class is perfect if you are brand new to yoga or curious about starting a yoga practice, or if you are looking for a more gentle class. A clear step by step practice to help you on your yoga journey. 

Energetic Vinyasa flow

Similar to fluid movements if you are looking for a challenge that is going to raise your heartbeat and deepen you practice. We go through dynamic sequences in vinyasa which will strengthen and tone your body whilst creating flexibility

 

Yin & Meditation

Yin yoga is much slower and gentler than any other classes. Yin provides a deep satisfaction of feeling both intensity and relaxation within the body as muscles melt and ligaments release.

Bring candles, lots of cushions & along with our relaxing playlist we will release negative feelings & anxiety.

Power Up the Core

This class is designed to set the core on fire! We will building the strength. Core strengthening is a crucial element for enhancing your posture, spinal stability, and balance.

The reason I do core focused classes is because most poses in yoga requires a strong foundation, even sitting you need to have awareness of your core. So if we build a strong foundation it enables us to build in other poses. Also without a strong core it also can effect our backs, so it’s one of the most important parts of practice
